Our matching engine takes into account the service, distance, availability, verification and track record of each professional. Paying for visibility never replaces these criteria.
Who can see my address and phone number?
Before unlocking your request, professionals only see the approximate area, the description and the photos. Your exact address and contact details are only shared with the professionals who unlock the request or the one you choose.
How do I pay for the job?
When the professional marks the job as finished, you confirm it and record the payment. Card payment is enabled on the platform when available.
Which areas do you cover?
