How do you pay for the job?
You pay the professional the price you agree, directly and by whatever method you both prefer (cash, Bizum or bank transfer).

Who sets the price?
The price of each job is set by the professional in their offer. ReparaDirecto charges the customer nothing on top of that price.

The bigger the job, the more the request is worth. You always see the price before unlocking.
With a plan you pay in credits instead of euros. A big job costs more credits than a small one, just as it costs more money.

How is the estimated value calculated?

Urgent requests, same price
Urgent requests cost the same as any other: you don't pay more for responding quickly.
Looking is free
Seeing the approximate area and the description costs nothing. You only pay if you decide to unlock.
Refunds
If the customer doesn't respond, we give you the credit back.
Customer doesn't respond
Automatic credit if, after 72 h, the customer hasn't opened your offer or written to you. You must have sent your offer within 48 h of unlocking.
Request cancelled
Automatic credit if the customer cancels the request without booking.
Fake or duplicate requests
Report them and, after reviewing them, we refund the amount. These cases don't count towards the monthly cap.
Back to the same source
The refund goes back where it came from: your wallet balance or your credits.
Monthly cap: automatic refunds cover up to 30% of your unlocks each month.

What is priority matching?
It's a small bonus (at most 5%) when ranking professionals for each request. Paying never replaces relevance: service, distance, availability, verification, reviews and track record come first.

How much does it cost to ask for a quote?
Nothing. Requesting quotes, comparing offers and chatting with professionals is free for customers.
Do you charge customers a commission?
No. Customers pay no commissions or fees to ReparaDirecto. You pay the professional the price you agree.
How many professionals see my request?
Your request is shown to matching professionals, who only see the approximate area and the description. At most 4 professionals can unlock it to see your contact details and send you an offer.
Can I ask a specific professional for a quote?
Yes. On their profile, tap “Request a quote from this professional”: for 24 h only they receive your request (less if urgent). If they don't reply in time, we send it to other professionals in your area. For the professional it costs the same as any other request.
Do I pay if the customer doesn't choose me?
Yes: unlocking gives you the customer's contact details and the chance to send your offer, and the customer chooses freely. Since only 4 professionals can unlock each request, you have a real chance. And if the customer doesn't open your offer or write to you within 72 h, we automatically give you the credit back.
What if the customer doesn't reply?
If you sent your offer within 48 h of unlocking and, after 72 h, the customer hasn't opened it or written to you, we automatically give you the credit back, up to 30% of your unlocks that month.
How much does it cost to unlock a request?
Between €2.99 and €24.99 + VAT, depending on the estimated value of the job. Urgent requests cost the same.
Do you charge commission if the customer pays me in cash or by Bizum?
No. Direct payments (cash, Bizum, bank transfer) carry no commission. A 5% commission only applies when the customer pays by card through ReparaDirecto.
Do plans have a minimum term?
No. Plans are monthly with no minimum term: you can cancel whenever you like. You can also use ReparaDirecto without a plan and only pay for the requests you unlock.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices for professionals are shown excluding VAT, and 21% is added at checkout. Below each price you'll see the total including VAT.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. You'll receive an invoice for every top-up or subscription.
